Pastor Dirk Alspach recently joined the Bethel Church family as our part-time Interim Pastor. With over 20 years of dedicated pastoral ministry experience, he brings a deep passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word. His approachable nature and ability to connect with individuals of all ages have made him a valued leader in every community he has served.

Pastor Dirk earned his Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Missions from Vennard College in 1990, laying a strong foundation for his ministry. Furthering his commitment to theological growth, he completed a Master of Ministry from the Evangelical School of Ministry in 2017. His educational background reflects a lifelong dedication to learning and sharing the Gospel.

In addition to his ministry role at Bethel Church, Pastor Dirk serves as a special education teacher at Washington Middle School. His dual calling in education and ministry enables him to impact lives both in the classroom and within the church, fostering a spirit of compassion and understanding.

Pastor Dirk and his wife, Rita, are proud parents of four children and grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren, who are spread across the country. Their family is a source of joy and inspiration, fueling Pastor Dirk’s heartfelt approach to ministry. Bethel Church is excited to welcome Pastor Dirk and looks forward to the guidance, wisdom, and faith he will share during this season of growth and renewal.
